The Save & Learn mutual funds are managed by First Metro Asset Management, Inc. (FAMI) -- which is an investment company adviser licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission to manage and distribute mutual funds.

FAMI is a strategic partnership among three institutions, and owned 70% by First Metro Investment Corporation (FMIC), 15% by the Catholic Education Association of the Philippines (CEAP), and 15% by the Marist Development Foundation.

FMIC is the investment banking subdiary of Metrobank.
